Robert Abbasi holds an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California (USC), graduating with distinguished honors. He also earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from USC, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honors Society, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
After earning his Executive MBA, Robert dedicated his professional career to real estate investment and property management, successfully executing transactions worth billions of dollars, many for his personal investment portfolio. He began his real estate career in 1983 as an Investment Consultant focusing on commercial properties and apartment buildings. This led to the founding of RTI Properties, which expanded into a leading and diverse real estate firm with multiple divisions and interests in various real estate asset types.

Robert has been a pioneer in crafting mortgage loan solutions for high-profile clients, with professional experience in complex financial and real estate transactions benefiting clients seeking tailored loan structures.
Before founding RTI Properties, Robert served on the ALCO and Loan committees as a Bank Board Director, developing excellent relationships with various business affiliates and peers in the industry. He has also served as an advisor to brokers, property managers, property investors, lending companies, and institutions, helping them achieve their goals.
Recently, Robert was elected to the Board of Directors of Century Housing, a major affordable housing company. This role allows him to contribute to the organization’s mission of creating quality affordable housing, leveraging his extensive experience in real estate to support sustainable and inclusive communities.
